I'm Eliud Jimenez. I am the VP of HR for Amalfi Global. I am an experienced HR leader with more than 25 years supporting construction, manufacturing, and service-based organizations across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. I bring deep expertise in jobsite operations, OSHA compliance, safety programs, and talent development, ensuring Amalfi Global is equipped with a skilled, high-performing workforce.
My Story
Eliud holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and multiple certifications in Legal Administration and Paralegal Studies. Known for his hands-on and solutions-driven approach, he has built HR departments from the ground up and led multi-state and international recruiting, compliance, and workforce planning initiatives.
At Amalfi Global, Eliud leads all people operations with a focus on safety, culture, and organizational growth—empowering teams and supporting the company’s mission to deliver excellence in construction.
